Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • If your item doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • If you ordered the wrong size, you must return the item immediately upon receipt to the shipping representative. You will only be charged for the delivery fees.
  • If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

European Union 3-Days Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your item within 3 days for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, you will receive a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days.
